* Jacqueline Fernandes who was part of all previous Housefull films is not a part of this film. According to reports, as Sajid Khan is back directing the film, she was left out of the film after their break up

* A female background dancer had filed an FIR against a men on sets who tried to molest her. Akshay Kumar who found about this incident asked the dancer to report it to the police

* Akshay Kumar had stopped shooting for the film after Sajid Khan and Nana Patekar were slammed by sexual harassment cases. He decided not to work with them further.

* Akshay Kumar's signature dance move in the song "Bala" was inspired by WWE legend Shawn Michaels crotch chop he would do when he was a part of D- Generation X.

* During the Jodhpur schedule, Johnny Lever slipped and hurt his back for which he was hospitalized for some time.

* As Nana Patekar had shot for major part of the film, producer Sajid Nadiadwala said that his scenes will be retained in the film. As the film is based on reincarnation a younger actor will replace him to play the younger version of his character.
