Ahmedabad, Apr 13 () Gujarat on Monday reported 56new COVID-19 cases, taking the overall tally so far to 572, asenior Health department official said.
Of the 56 cases, 38 people were found positive forcoronavirus in Ahmedabad, followed by Vadodara (6), Surat (5),Bharuch (3), Banaskantha (2), and Anand and Panchmahal oneeach, said Principal Secretary (Health) Jayanti Ravi.
Of the 38 cases in Ahmedabad, two cases were reportedfrom new areas of Odhav and Nava Naroda, while other cases arefrom the known hotspots, she said.
